Announcements

The Developing Mouse Brain project builds on the Allen Brain Atlas adult mouse brain data by presenting in situ hybridization data across seven developmental stages. The Transgenic Mouse Study presents both colormetric and double fluorescent labeled in situ hybridization data for transgenic mouse lines generated at the Allen Institute. Detailed information for the Developing Mouse Brain project can be found under the Developing Mouse Brain project tab while the Transgenic Mouse Study can be found under the More Projects tab. Additional highlights of this release also include additional data and application features for both the Allen Brain Atlas – Mouse Spinal Cord and the Human Cortex Study.

Our next public release will be April 2009. We expect to have genome coverage data for the Mouse Spinal Cord Atlas while continue to build out the Developing Mouse Brain Atlas.
