Developing Mouse Brain

In the first release, ~160 genes are available covering seven new stages of the developmental process. An application has been created to enable viewing of this data set. Feature highlights in this initial release include the ability to view and compare imageseries across the time points, a master index of the data allowing synchronized section index viewing of images across the time points, and viewing of the accompanying Allen Brain Atlas adult mouse data.

At the completion of the project, the data set will include in situ hybridization data for approximately 3000 carefully selected genes, a reference atlas for each time point, and tools for search and navigation of gene expression by anatomy and time.
